2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or signed agreement).
  • Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice or agreement.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before production or delivery.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in delays, cancellation, or additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of ice products:

  • All sales are final once production has begun.
  • Cancellations made after confirmation may be subject to full charges.
  • No refunds are provided for melted, damaged, or unused ice once delivered.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery or pickup.

ICE Sculptures of New York is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions, improper handling, or delays outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details and access instructions
  • Ensure proper storage conditions upon delivery
  • Handle ice products safely and responsibly

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information or improper storage.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content created by ICE Sculptures of New York remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ICE Sculptures of New York shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, transportation issues, or acts of God.
