Under regular conditions, with no extreme heat sources such as incandescent lights, A/C vents, or direct sunlight, an ice sculpture will last approximately 6–7 hours.
For regular orders such as one-block ice sculptures and luges, setup takes 30–45 minutes, with an installation time window of 1–1.5 hours before the event start time.
Delivery is available throughout the NYC Metro Area, including New Jersey.
No. Delivery is a separate charge.
Yes. Client pick-ups can be scheduled during regular business hours.
Yes. A 30% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due one (1) day before the event.
Yes. A rendering can be provided after order confirmation. Any logos or artwork provided by the client must be submitted in EPS file format.
Orders must be placed 10 days before the event for a single block sculpture or luge.
Expedited orders are subject to design and availability, and additional charges may apply.
Most ice sculptures will melt within 12 hours and can be safely disposed of in a large sink or outdoor area. If the client or venue requires ice removal, a breakdown fee of $350.00 applies.
